Open House at Rezidence VaryLife: an energy you can’t capture in photos
On April 10, we opened the doors of Rezidence VaryLife to the public. And honestly — some things simply can’t be explained. They have to be experienced.
From the very beginning of the day, it was clear this wouldn’t be “just another apartment viewing.” People arrived with specific questions, but often left with something else — the feeling that this was exactly the place they had been looking for.

Apartments that make sense in real life
Most visitors were interested in the completed apartments from Phase 1, already ready for immediate move-in. Guests could walk through the layouts, experience the space, the light, and the details that simply don’t stand out in photographs.
One of the highlights was the fully furnished apartment B19 — an example of what uncompromising living can look like. A kitchen and built-in wardrobes by SIKO, interiors completed in collaboration with Bonami, and an overall atmosphere confirming one thing: just arrive and live.
Phase 2 is growing. Phase 3 is arriving.
Part of the event included the opportunity to explore the construction of Phase 2, which is scheduled for completion later this year. For many visitors, this was an important moment — seeing the project not only as a visualization, but as a real space rapidly taking shape.
At the same time, we officially introduced Phase 3 of the project for the very first time. 33 new apartments, now launched for sale. Visitors could explore floor plans, learn more about the apartment standards, and start choosing while the selection is at its widest.

The atmosphere that makes the difference
What made the entire day special wasn’t just the apartments themselves. It was the atmosphere. Informal, open, natural.
People took their time. They walked through the apartments, asked questions, returned for another look. They discussed options, compared layouts, considered possibilities. And many kept coming back to one thought:
“This just makes sense.”

Thank you
Thank you to everyone who came, shared their time and energy with us.
And if you missed this Open House, don’t worry — the doors remain open. Whether you are looking for a move-in-ready apartment or want to be part of the project from the very beginning, Rezidence VaryLife offers both.

Karlovy Vary. Reimagined.
Rezidence VaryLife shows that living in Karlovy Vary today can look completely different than many people expect. Modern, thoughtful, and without unnecessary compromises.
And as April 10 proved — the best way to understand it is simply to come and see it for yourself.
