Agreement on a Future Purchase Agreement (SoSBK) Signing of the SoSBK and payment of 20% of the purchase price. 3. Registration of the units under construction in the Land Register Payment of a further 40% of the purchase price following the registration of the units under construction in the Land Register. 4. Final building approval Payment of the outstanding balance of the purchase price once the final building approval decision becomes legally effective and upon the developer’s written notice. 5. Handover of the apartment Signing of the Purchase Agreement and formal acceptance of the apartment under a handover protocol.
For completed apartments (Phase 1), financing is straightforward — mortgage or own funds. For apartments under construction (Phases 2 and 3), payments are spread over time. The majority of the purchase price is paid upon completion, significantly reducing the initial financial burden.
