VaryLife Residence Receives the Public Choice Award in the Real Estate Project of
the Year 2025 Competition
The VaryLife Residence project received the Public Choice Award as part of the Real Estate Project of the Year 2025 competition for the Karlovy Vary Region. The results were determined by public voting, which makes this recognition especially meaningful to us.
For us, VaryLife Residence is more than just a development project. From the very beginning, our goal has been to create a place designed for long-term everyday living — thoughtfully planned housing that respects the character of Karlovy Vary while bringing a contemporary standard of modern urban life.
From the first concepts, we have focused on:
• high-quality architecture,
• thoughtfully designed apartment layouts,
• plenty of natural light and space,
• practical details for everyday living,
• and a sensitive integration of the project into the Tuhnice district.
The trust of people and the positive response from the public are the strongest confirmation that this approach makes sense.
2026 as an Important Milestone for the Project
The year 2026 will mark an important stage in the further development of VaryLife Residence. During the year, we plan to complete the second phase of the project while simultaneously beginning construction of the third phase. This will allow the project to continue smoothly and further develop the entire location without interruption. At the same time, we are expanding our apartment offering with new layouts and additional opportunities for living and investment in Karlovy Vary.
Today, VaryLife Residence attracts not only clients from Karlovy Vary, but also buyers from Prague, other regions of the Czech Republic, and abroad. The growing interest confirms that Karlovy Vary remains one of the most attractive destinations for living, recreation, and long-term investment.
Thank You for Your Trust
A sincere thank you to everyone who supports us — our clients, partners, suppliers, and future neighbors.
Every vote, every visit, and every positive piece of feedback helps move the project forward.
