The VaryLife Residence project received the Public Choice Award as part of the Real Estate Project of the Year 2025 competition for the Karlovy Vary Region. The results were determined by public voting, which makes this recognition especially meaningful to us.

During the year, we plan to complete the second phase of the project while simultaneously beginning construction of the third phase.This will allow the project to continue smoothly and further develop the entire location without interruption. At the same time, we are expanding our apartment offering with new layouts and additional opportunities for living and investment in Karlovy Vary.
